Residents of Ward Street of Ujan Bazar are in Guwahati are having regular attacks from unseen source which some people have considered as attacks by Ghosts. Since last Saturday the population is regularly be harassed by barrage of bricks, bottles, tiles and other objects. Residents confirmed that the attacks goes on regularly at a house that is hosting some pujas at the moment.

The story took serious shape when even the state Health Minister Bhumidhar Barman cheeped in to find out the truth. Since then cops have been on regular petrol of the area though they were unsuccessful in nabbing the perpetrators whether ghosts or otherwise. Some of the residents of the area are of the opinion that this is an attempt by miscreants to scare people. Surprisingly despite the many attacks no one has been hurt yet and no one seems to be sure the direction from which the pelting is taking place. Even today the attacks took place in the presence of a large gathering but no one was able to find out the source.
